The challenge
A workshop's daily work spans customers, vehicles, estimates, parts and staff. It needed all of them in one system, across branches, with control over who can see and approve what.
What we built
- Built repair estimates from services and parts, keeping each estimate's revisions and status history.
- Tracked parts with stock history and pending quantities alongside current stock.
- Recorded customers, their cars and drivers, with vehicle brands, models and years as structured data.
- Added employee records, salary sheets, overtime, SMS messaging, reports and role-based permissions.
