The challenge
Services synced data through nightly jobs and shared tables, so dashboards lagged by hours and one failure cascaded everywhere.
What we built
- Designed domain events and topics with schemas, retries and dead-letter queues.
- Ran Kafka and consumers in Docker with health checks, metrics and alerting.
- Migrated one integration at a time behind feature flags, with zero downtime.
