The challenge
A CRM sold to many companies needs two products in one: an admin console to run tenants, plans and billing, and a full workspace for each customer's own team, with permissions enforced on the server.
What we built
- Built the platform console for tenants, plans, billing, SMS, support and access control.
- Built the tenant workspace with pipeline, tasks, tickets, documents, communications and an import wizard.
- Added dashboards, a report builder with saved reports, and team performance tracking.
- Started the API on .NET 10 with Clean Architecture and PostgreSQL, designed around one database per tenant.
